  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing or using any of our websites, services, or digital products (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  2. Ownership and Copyright
    All course materials—including videos, text, worksheets, and templates—are the intellectual property of Sho Hirano and are protected by copyright law.
    You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute any part of the content without our express written permission.

  3. License Grant
    Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your personal or business purposes only.

  4. No Guarantee of Results
    We provide tools, strategies, and guidance, but make no guarantees regarding your individual results. Success depends on your effort and unique circumstances.

  5. Payment, Access & Refunds

    • Payments are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your payment details.

    • Access is granted immediately after payment (or on the scheduled drip dates for Modules 2+).

    • Refund Policy: You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you meet BOTH of the following conditions:

      1. You have completed all Module 1 quizzes, and

      2. You submit proof that you have actually used the Module 1 bonuses and lesson attachments (e.g. Word document, screenshots, or other documentation), including details of your implementation and any outcomes.
        To initiate a refund, email en@h-01.net with your proofs. Requests that do not meet these conditions, or those received after 30 days, may be denied.

  6. Prohibited Activities

    • You agree not to use the content for any illegal, unethical, or competitive activities.

    • Your login credentials are personal—do not share them or allow others to access the Platform using your account.

  7. Modifications to Terms
    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates your acceptance.
